Unfortunately, in these cases, we do not have a solution other than using / purchasing another printer. IMPORTANT NOTE: Some printers actually do not allow custom sizes. The template document size is the same as the size of the note card unfolded: 4.875" WIDE x 6.75" HIGH. if you are using a different size template, then be sure to substitute the sizes written below with the correct measurments of your template. Setting Up Your Printer PLEASE NOTE: The following tutorial will be referencing our A1 Landscape sizes as an example. This prevents any words from being cut off when printing and also just gives the message a cleaner look. By default, we have included a 0.25" padding around the edges of the card.
